It is really wonderful if you can guide people on their spiritual path. I see many coaches and inspirators who do just that with success and give their public the most fantastic insights. I can also enjoy how the spiritual market is developing at the moment and I see even more and more new faces. What I experience myself, is that at certain moment, as an inspirator you want to grow further. When the ‘formative’ years have passed, and you have formed a strong ‘I’ – you want to move on. Then the question arises: how do I make myself a part of the ‘We’?
Throwing yourself into the depths
Synergy is the key, that is how I have experienced it over the past few months. I could often be found at Tijdloos (*Timeless), a new spiritual camping experience from ID&T, where many teachers, musicians and shamans took part. It was one big spectacular playing field of creativity and spiritual disciplines, where the only rule was: there are no rules. Tijdloos was organized as and free and easy experiment. It means that in the morning, you place a note in the group app and in the afternoon, you can perform your act on the stage, and preferably together with others.
It took a bit of getting used to this in the beginning. You are often prone to keep to your own ritual, where you know: this always works. But if you take a walk around, you see others at work, conversations begin, and you know: this is the place to do things differently. In this way I joined Tijn and Binkie Touber a number of times in front of the public. We had not prepared anything beforehand, but just looked into one another’s eyes with the thought: let’s do it. It was very well received, because nothing had been prepared. The purity of the act was popular, even if, at times, it was not completely perfect.
The point of experimenting is not about the perfection but about the spontaneity. You just have to throw yourself into the depths and then things just happen, which you could never have imagined to be possible before. Sometimes things happen just as it if was meant to be. I really have that feeling with Tijn for quite a while. The Netherlands is not all that big a country and this spiritual community where we perform (apart from one another) is often at the same place. We tried in the past to make contact with one another, but for some or other reason this did not occur. Until now. It almost seemed as if we were always on the way to Tijdloos and we had a strong connection immediately. Also, with the organizers of Tijdloos and other inspirators. Synergy to the max!
Unique piece of the puzzle
What I really enjoyed at Tijdloos is the same as I also experienced with the Facebook action: “From 3D to 5D” working from a higher purpose. We may have different backgrounds and disciplines, but at the source we all project the same. With Robert Bridgeman as the third connection for the event, it was really so enjoyable for a whole month of 5th Dimension in the comfort of your home. At least 30 inspirators sent in their videos, so that we could create a new inspiration moment for everyone ready for each and every day. It was quite a job for us to coordinate it all, but the connection was strongly felt and also something which is really important to be able to grow towards the 5th dimension. 5D is togetherness, without labels or competition.
What I gained from this was that it is so much more fun and inspiring to be able to think from ‘we’ instead of ‘I’. But, at the same time I say; it’s only possible if you work from equivalence and think from your own power. You must not need the other to be able to move forward. Then is it not pure and you go against the energy. It creates independence and that is exactly the opposite of what you want to achieve together. You need to elevate one another, which is only possible when you realize that you own a unique piece of the puzzle. Don’t break away from the place of another, otherwise you get it completely wrong.
Getting off your little island
So how do you come to synergy with your colleague-friends? In my opinion you have to have journeyed for a while. You have to form your own ‘I’ which means that you work on your identity and give words to your own truth. What do you want to share? What is your unique form? How do you present yourself? What value do you place on it? And what makes you different from the rest? It may sound contradictable perhaps – busy separating yourself – but you need that later to understand the process and what your unique gift is to the totality.
The forming of the ‘I’ can be seen as the years of childhood. You learn and discover and along the way you continue to keep feeling who you are. You make mistakes – you have to – to know where your boundaries lie. You experiment with things, and sometimes it all goes wrong. This process usually takes about 5 years. Your creativity is at its highest, because everything is like an experiment. But your self-esteem, on the other hand, is not so high, because you are busy searching for gold. The deeper you dig, the more valuable the findings.
Now that I have been doing what I do for more than fifteen years, I know exactly what makes me unique and what value it has. Then comes the time where you, from your own security, have to go out of your comfort zone again, that is, if you want to continue to grow. You have to get off the island and go and connect with others. It is searching for people and parties from the ‘same blood group’ a difficult process in which you can be confronted by mistrust and treason. But if you finally find the connection with like-minded souls, then the heavens open. You come home in a world which no longer is about you, but the greater thoughtfulness, where you can make your own unique gift. Then the competition stops and you step into the synergy of the 5D frequency.
Go and do something crazy!
On the different paths in our life we often experience different points on the curve. It could be that professionally you have clocked up a lot of miles and you are ready to work synergetically, but in other facets such a sport, health, parenthood, you are still standing in your ‘child-like’ shoes. Where you are standing, is not really that important, as long as you definitely know what you need. For someone who just begins on a new path, I would like to say: learn and make many mistakes, but keep close to yourself. If you have been dedicated for more than ten years to what you do and want to grow, then mix with your co-creators and then just with one another go into the depths. Discover what the joint values are and then try to formulate a high purpose. Do something completely crazy! What can go wrong? But still remain who you are, so that the puzzle fits.
Discover for yourself: in which phase of development are you now?
