Awaken to the Source

In a world that demands your attention

There is a longing that runs much deeper than words can express. A longing for peace. For truth. For something that never wavers.

We call it the Source.

And yet… especially in these times, that Source seems farther away than ever. Not because it isn’t there, but because there is so much else vying for our attention.

News that never stops.
Images that keep coming in.
Stories of threat, division, and control.

And somewhere in between, we try to stay true to ourselves. During a moment of stillness, I asked myself this question:

And in that silence, Yeshua’s presence became palpable.

✦ The Field Becomes Visible

His answer was immediate:

“The Source is not far away. But your attention is scattered.”

Those words cut through the noise. Because we live in an age where attention is one of the most valuable assets. Everything tries to grab it. To control it. To influence it.

“What you focus on,” he said, “shapes your innerworld.”

And before we know it, we find ourselves drawn into fields that aren't ours.

Fear. Anxiety. Division.

Not because they are essentially true, but because they are perpetuated.

✦ The Shift

So the question isn't just: What's happening in the world?

But above all: What do you focus your attention on?

Because attention isn’t passive observation. It’s participation. Every time you get caught up in the noise, you drift away from your center a little. Not consciously. But you can feel it.

“You don’t have to avoid the world,” Yeshua said gently,
“but you also don’t have to let it dictate everything you feel.”

That’s where the shift lies. Don’t shut yourself off. Make a choice.

Don't go along with it. Stay present.

✦ Integration

What if you chose just one moment today to bring your attention back? Away from the noise. Away from the constant stream.

And back… to the silence that was always there. Maybe you don’t need to change the world to find peace.

Maybe it starts here: with where you focus your attention.

The Source isn't shouting any louder… but is waiting for you to listen again.
