When your worth depends on how others see you
There is a subtle shift that almost no one consciously notices.
A moment—often early in life—when you stop feeling who you are… and start worrying about how others see you. From that moment on, something changes. You start to adapt. To conform. To perform.
Not because I have to… but because it might feel safe. During a moment of stillness, I asked myself this question: When did my self-worth become dependent on others?
And in that silence, Yeshua’s presence became palpable.

✦ The Field Becomes Visible
His answer was very simple: “Your worth has never changed. Only the way you see it.”
Those words brought clarity. Because what we often call "value" is, in fact, a combination of: approval, recognition, results, and success.
That's not a value. It's a kind of reflection.
“You’ve come to believe,” he said softly, “that you have to become something in order to receive love.”
And that’s exactly where the separation begins, I feel.

✦ The Shift
When you live for validation, you live in a state of comparison.
Am I good enough?
Am I doing better than others?
Do people notice me?
It seems harmless. Yet it creates constant tension. Because your self-worth is never stable. It fluctuates based on external reactions. But what if you see through that system?
What if you realized that your worth has never depended on what someone else thinks?
“The question isn’t how many people appreciate you,” Yeshua said, “but how much you give up of yourself
in order to be appreciated.”
Phew, that's the real showdown.

✦ Integration
In what areas of your life do you still try to please others in order to gain their approval?
And what would happen if, just for a moment, you stopped… making yourself small in the eyes of others? Maybe your worth has never been the problem.
Just the place where you were looking for her.
