Doubt can be silent.
Not always loud or obvious, but like an undercurrent that keeps coming back. Am I doing this right? Is this the right path? What if I’m wrong?
These are questions that almost everyone is familiar with. And yet they rarely bring peace of mind. During a moment of stillness

✦ The Field Becomes Visible
His answer was simple: “You don’t doubt because you don’t know… but because you’ve learned not to trust yourself.”
Those words opened something up. Because deep down, we often know more than we realize.
We feel.
We recognize.
We know.
But that knowledge is subtle. Gentle. Not forceful.
And that is exactly why we learn to ignore it.

✦ The Shift
We have grown accustomed to seeking certainty outside ourselves—in the opinions of others, in logic, in control. But your path does not follow a linear path to certainty; it unfolds in relation to your inner knowing.
“Your path doesn’t require proof,” he said softly, “but presence in what you feel.”
That doesn’t mean doubts will never arise again. It just means you’ll deal with them differently. Not as a truth, but as a voice you no longer have to follow.

✦ Integration
In what areas of your life do you already know what feels right… but still have doubts?
And what would happen if, instead of seeking validation today… you just took a moment to stay with what you’re feeling? Maybe the answer isn’t outside of you.
But exactly where you already knew it was.
.
Trust begins when you stop looking for proof.
