- The article may be viewed, but must be returned undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging. All articles are checked for this upon receipt. Compensation may be charged for the return of damaged items. If an item is not to your liking or if you would like to receive something else, please contact us.
- In most cases, the return shipping costs are free. If you want to exchange or return an order, please contact info@janosh.com, stating your order number and which items you want to return and/or exchange. We will then contact you and send you a return label if applicable.
